Yesterday, the festival announced the bulk of its award winners – some of which I’d seen, some of which I’d heard great things about and some I’d admittedly heard/knew nothing about! I was pleased (and not that surprised) to see that Mr. Toilet: The World’s #2 Man – the only film at this year’s fest that earned a full-pie rating! – took home the Doc for Schools award. Hopefully, all the kids who no doubt enjoyed the poop jokes also absorbed the film’s message.

The Audience Award will be revealed later today – it’ll be interesting to see which film takes home that honor. Throughout the fest, there didn’t seem to be one film that EVERYONE was talking about. We’ll find out soon!
