We at Moviepie love Hot Docs. We love documentaries. We love documentary filmmakers. And we love asking questions.
So, this year, we decided to expand our Hot Docs coverage by trying something new.
Introducing Qs à la mode, our new fill-in-the-blank micro-interviews, which give filmmakers participating in Hot Docs a chance to serve up the scoop on their docs!
Here’s how it works: we put out the call inviting filmmakers to take part, and then send a set of Qs to anyone who’s game. Filmmakers can answer some or all of the Qs, so there might be a different mix of Qs and As every time. We’ll see how it goes!
